Returns are accepted on full priced products. Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of receiving your package.  Item(s) must be in their original unused condition with tags attached. 

To make a return, please email returns@laliwear.com.au to request an RA (return authorization) number. Please include your name, order number and the item(s) you’d like to return in the email. We will respond to you within 24-48 hours and provide return authorization and shipping instructions. We do not cover the cost of returns. 

Your order will be refunded within 3 to 5 days of arriving at our office. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Each lali piece is carefully handmade and inspected for any flaws before packaging. We will only replace, repair or refund due to a manufacturing fault but not normal wear and tear. Please follow the care instructions. Goods damaged due to the buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund.

Any unauthorized returns or undelivered parcels will be refused and the item(s) will be returned to sender. 

lali monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

All Sale items or items purchased using any promotional codes are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

SHIPPING

Shipping within Australia

Orders within Australia are sent by Australia Post. Once your package has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number and details via email. Deliveries to Australian addresses can be expected to arrive within 2-3 days from the time of shipment. For regional deliveries, please allow an extra 3-4 days depending on your location.

International orders

Deliveries outside of Australia can be expected to arrive within 3-10 days from the time of shipment, depending on your location. Once your package has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number and details via email. We are not responsible for any Duty, VAT or additional taxes that may be charged after the sale for international orders.

Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours.  Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations, changes or refunds can be made once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact info@laliwear.com.au immediately. If your order has already been shipped, lali accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
